MY STORY

AS A PERSONAL TRAINER

I started training many moons ago (over 15 years).

From learning how to best stabilise and strengthen my structure, around my not so stable skeleton (Scoliosis and hypermobility to name a couple of reasons); to understanding the human body and its capabilities, when it comes to movement and the strength within.

 

Understanding quickly that there is not one 'best' way of training, and that an all around approach is more viable, has led to a much more inclusive teaching style. I soon realised that I loved passing this knowledge on to others, in order to better their health - along with their perception of fitness!

Getting in shape, feeling healthy and becoming confident in your own skin shouldn’t be feared or dreaded. I believe that fitness can (and should) be fun; and that what you will learn over time is priceless.

There may be some struggles, and a sore muscle or two along the way, but it is worth it for the gains and confidence that you will create - for life!

Whether you are local but are unable to have a face to face session; Or you are just somewhere else entirely, you’ll still be able to get your workout done with both one to one and group sessions through video call.
